The delivery time for your order depends on your location and the product. For example, shirts typically take 1-3 business days to process and ship, but delivery times may vary based on your location. Thus, it can take up to 7 business days in some cases. We always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible! If you feel there’s something wrong with your order, please, feel free to contact us :).

We want you to be happy with your order! However, we only accept returns or exchanges if the product delivered is incorrect or arrives damaged. If this happens, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and provide a clear photo of the issue so we can assist you.

Please note that we cannot process returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes or personal preferences, so double-check our size guide before placing your order. Our size guides are perfectly measured and are sufficient enough to gather the information that’s required to find your correct size.

When you notice that your shipping address is wrong, please contact us immediately! Once the order is fulfilled, we can’t do much about it anymore so, please, double check your address is correct. If it’s not, contact us as soon as possible.

Once your order is prepared for shipment, we pass it to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Simply click on the tracking number to view the latest updates on your shipment’s location through our tracking page.
